Wagons are one of the three types of Civilian Units that can be recruited from the Barracks. Their role is in supporting armies during Thieve Missions.
Wagons are represented a variety of different pack animals and even people tasked with carrying heavy loads. As a Civilian Unit, Wagons have no combat utility and cannot damage other Units. With a Loot Capacity of 6000, each Wagon that's included in an army supplements the amount of Resources that can be looted when Thieving. In addition to this, Wagons can also loot uncollected Gold from Banks.

If a Leader wishes to bolster their Resources through Thieve Missions, it's a good idea to bring at least one Wagon along. This is especially true when assaulting a Capital City, as it increases the chances of looting Gold as well as Resources. Though they cannot deal damage, Wagons are still vulnerable to attacks from defenders, so it is best to make sure the army they travel with is well-armed.
